Somesa A Child Initiative

Just like any other Developing Economies across the globe, Uganda is an extremely young nation with nearly half of Uganda's population being younger than 18 years of age. Many of these children never get to experience true childhood, those who survive end up being trapped in a vicious cycle of drugs, poverty, HIV/AIDs, teenage pregnancies, school drop-outs, and Criminal activities. We launched the Somesa A Child Initiative as a way to Support vulnerable children (Orphaned and Vulnerable children) who are at risk of losing Parental care by supporting them attend Formal Education to enhance their skills and wellbeing as a beacon of hope for their households and communities at large.
We also do this through united efforts of Individuals, Groups, Organizations, Churches, Ministries and Families that are willing to channel their support through our Dedicated Child Educational Fund to support Vulnerable children in our communities of work. Through your Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial and Material Support, we are fueled to provide timely support to the most needy children with Tuition/School Fees, school supplies, two meals per day, healthcare, school uniforms, changing clothes, two pairs of shoes, extra curricular activities and a Safe Environment to live in among other items all year round with as low as USD 250 or More.
